Weekend Card Loss or Theft
In the event of losing or having your card stolen over the weekend, we recommend taking immediate action to protect your funds. Log in to your online banking account and perform a funds transfer (if available). This will render the funds inaccessible on the compromised card until you can visit the bank during business hours for further guidance. In addition, you can lock your card through our app, see mobility app security features/card locking.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you observe any transactions on your account that you did not initiate, we encourage you to visit your local branch office and speak with a customer service representative. They will guide you through the process of disputing the transactions and take the necessary steps to block your current card while arranging for a new one to be issued.
Important Travel Notice
To combat increasing fraudulent activity, certain countries have been blocked for debit/ATM card usage. If you have upcoming travel plans, whether domestic or international, please inform your local branch of your travel dates and destinations. This will ensure uninterrupted use of your bank cards during your trip. Travel alerts can be extended on the mobile app as well as calling in and having a representative do it.
